Healthcare About You
Co-pays and deductibles are often prohibitive to accessing the healthcare that you need, so we got rid of them entirely. INSURANCE FREE = HASSLE-FREE. We do not accept insurance. We provide healthcare at a flat (monthly or annual) subscription fee, with total transparency when there will be OPTIONAL additional costs for discounted labs, imaging or prescriptions. But get this! Most of our patients save money as a result!
Gone are the days when you waited weeks to see your doctor, and then only got access to them for five minutes. Now you can call us, text us, email us or schedule a last-minute appointment whenever you need.

We don’t want you to have to agonize whether “I should bother the doctor” or “I don’t want to go in because that will cost me a co-pay.”
If we can handle it over advanced communications, we will to save you the trip or time off of work! Of course, Dr. Karl or Dr. Samia may insist that certain issues need to be seen in person (our office/Urgent Care/ER) for proper medical care.
*Some communication methods may not be Privacy-compliant (Facetime, Text-SMS) so phone or secure portal are the preferred methods.
Timely Appointments
You can enjoy same-day or next-day appointments with ease. With a manageable patient load, we ensure you see Dr. Karl or Dr. Samia every time, avoiding the uncertainty of seeing a different doctor. You’ll always be notified in advance of any unavailability, but rest assured, at least one of us is always available to meet your needs, helping you avoid some urgent care visits and high co-pays.
Privacy
Because we do not file insurance claims your Personal Health Information does not get sent to some centrally based registry staffed with people neither you nor I know. We will not send any diagnoses or Personal Health Information to anyone unless you specifically tell us to.

Member pricing for a one time annual Payment in Full is 10% less than the month-to-month drafting. However, our monthly fees & prices listed are kept at a reasonable cost when using (ACH) checking.

Small Print
(1) Biopsy and PAP smear pathology interpretation is a separate charge from the lab which can go to your insurance company
(2) Married Couple
(3) Additional dependent = Each additional child (17 or younger) of a Couple Membership or Individual adult membership.
(4) If a member cancels their membership then later desires to re-enroll.
(5) Non-member obtaining a one-time medical visit who chooses to join at that visit may have the Initial Enrollment Fee waived.
(6) One-Time Non-Member visit does not include continuing or chronic disease treatment
(7) At the discretion of the physician. Available for members only.
Examples of items requiring a separate fee or charge
- Biopsy and PAP smear pathology interpretation is a separate charge from the lab which can go to your insurance company
- Weight Loss Management Program
- Cosmetic Injections and Treatments (Botox, Fillers, etc)
- Addiction Management Visits for administration and monitoring of buprenorphine/naloxone. NOTE: Individuals wishing this treatment must also become Infinity Health Members.
- Medications Dispensed in Office if service desired by patient
- Certain Discounted Laboratory Services
EXCLUDED SERVICES
Any procedures requiring general anesthesia; rehabilitation services; major surgeries or similar advanced procedures, services, or supplies; hospital care; radiologic procedures including computed tomography, positron emission, magnetic resonance imaging; prenatal/obstetric care; cardiac testing; Department of Transportation physical examinations; cost of vaccines; urine drug screen; all other services not specifically listed in Appendix Bof membership agreement.
Examples of items not included in the membership
Certain items are not part of the membership including but not limited to the following: Cosmetic injections, Addiction Medicine visits, Prenatal/Obstetrics, Vaccines, Major surgeries, Radiologic procedures, Cardiac testing, DOT physicals, Specialist/Sub-specialist visits, and Hospital/ER/Urgent Care visits.
